Browser-first by default: the core session works in the browser. Local VM and advanced tooling are optional only.

Participant Workbook: Reflection and Summary

Reflection and summary step in the participant workbook flow.

Participant workbook flow

This is one workbook journey. The pages are separate only so the night feels calmer and easier to follow step by step.

Step 1

Start and setup

Choose your topic, your level, and the kind of help you want.

Step 2

Prompt practice

Do the main text-prompt activity and record what changed.

Step 4

Reflection and summary (Current step)

Review what changed, what still needs checking, and what you want to keep.

The workbook engine should keep your place and your notes in this browser.

Reflection prompts

  • What changed between the weak prompt and your improved prompt?
  • Which detail helped most: goal, audience, format, or limits?
  • What gap remained?
  • What would you try next time?
  • Where could you use this safely after tonight?

How to use reflection well

  • Do not just say whether the output was good or bad.
  • Name what changed in your prompt.
  • Name what you would still verify.
  • Name one improvement for the next try.
  • If you moved quickly, add one extension challenge for yourself.

How this workbook engine works

This workbook engine runs in the browser and saves your progress on this device as you move from page to page. That means you can leave one step, come back later on the same device, and pick up where you left off.

  • Your notes stay in this browser unless you print them, save them as PDF, or download them.
  • This workbook is meant to feel like one guide with multiple steps, not like separate disconnected tools.
  • If a Google Form workflow is added later, that would be the tracked organizer path. This browser workbook remains the private fallback path.

Step 4 of 4: Reflection and summary

Finish your workbook by naming what changed, what worked, what still needs checking, and what you want to keep.

Your workbook engine is saving locally in this browser.
